  • Lydia Freeman, PHR

    Vice President and Senior HR Consultant

    Lydia has extensive experience in employee relations, risk mitigation, talent management, organization development and training, benefit plan consulting, compensation, and others.

    Lydia began her HR career in 2000 in the production and manufacturing industries.

    Working with global, national, and small local companies she was exposed to developing HR on various size scales. From setting up an HR department for a small company to setting up a training structure for a global organization. She has supported clients in a wide variety of industries as a Senior Consultant in the PEO industry in the past 12 years. Lydia has worked with clients to meet the strategic human resources needs and development of the human resources processes.

    Lydia has been an active member in the local HR Association Chapters starting with the Fort Worth Human Resources Management Association, where she served on the Board for 2 years. She is currently an active member of the DallasHR.

    Previous HR experience includes Employer Flexible, Odyssey OneSource, Delfasco Forge, Perlos, and Exhibit Group

    Texas Wesleyan University: Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.

  • Victoria Eppeland, PHR

    Human Resource Consultant

    Victoria has several years of experience with HR processes, leave administration, payroll administration, employment compliance, new hire onboarding, and talent acquisition.

    With Principle HR, Victoria spends much of her time on-site with clients to develop and administer human resources policies, practices, benefit plans, payroll processes, and services. Victoria is an active member of DallasHR.

    Previous HR experience includes Conifer Health Solutions.
